1) เกี่ยวกับแอปและผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล
ชื่อแอป: WorkMatch
ผู้พัฒนา/ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Developer/Data Controller): VisionSofttech
วัตถุประสงค์หลัก: แอปพลิเคชันสำหรับบันทึกเวลาเข้า–ออกงาน ตรวจสอบตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง ณ เวลาบันทึก และจัดทำรายงานเพื่อการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล

นโยบายนี้ใช้บังคับกับผู้ใช้ทุกคนที่เข้าถึงหรือใช้งานแอป WorkMatch โดยการใช้งานแอปถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายนี้
2) ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม (Data Collection)
2.1 ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมโดยตรงจากผู้ใช้
- ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อ–นามสกุล รหัสพนักงาน อีเมล หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ (ถ้ามี)
- ข้อมูลการทำงาน: วันเวลาเข้า–ออกงาน พิกัด GPS ณ เวลาบันทึก
- รูปภาพ: รูปภาพยืนยันตัวตนที่ถ่ายในขั้นตอนเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาต์
- ข้อมูลการยินยอม: บันทึกการยอมรับข้อกำหนดและนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว
2.2 ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมอัตโนมัติ
- ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์: รุ่นเครื่อง ระบบปฏิบัติการ เวอร์ชันแอป Device ID (ถ้ามีการใช้งาน)
- ข้อมูลการใช้งาน: เหตุการณ์การใช้งานแอป วันที่และเวลาการเข้าถึง
- ข้อมูลตำแหน่ง: พิกัด GPS ที่เก็บเมื่อมีการบันทึกเวลาเข้า–ออกงานเท่านั้น (ไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งแบบต่อเนื่อง)
หมายเหตุ: เราเก็บข้อมูลตำแหน่งเฉพาะเมื่อคุณทำการบันทึกเวลาเข้า–ออกงานเท่านั้น ไม่มีการติดตามตำแหน่งแบบต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Location Tracking)
2.3 สิทธิ์ที่แอปร้องขอ (App Permissions)
- ตำแหน่ง (Location): ใช้เพื่อยืนยันสถานที่เข้า–ออกงาน เก็บเฉพาะเมื่อมีการบันทึกเวลา
- กล้อง (Camera): ใช้เพื่อถ่ายภาพยืนยันตัวตนในขณะเช็คอิน/เช็คเอาต์
- สโตเรจ (Storage): ใช้เพื่อจัดเก็บไฟล์รูปภาพที่จำเป็น
- ไมโครโฟน (Microphone): ใช้เฉพาะกรณีที่มีฟีเจอร์ที่ต้องการเสียงประกอบ
3) การใช้งานข้อมูล (Data Usage)
3.1 วัตถุประสงค์การประมวลผลข้อมูล
- การให้บริการหลัก: ยืนยันและบันทึกการเข้า–ออกงาน ตรวจสอบตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง
- การรายงาน: จัดทำรายงานและส่งต่อให้นายจ้าง/องค์กรของผู้ใช้เพื่อการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
- ความปลอดภัย: ป้องกันการทุจริต ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล
- การปรับปรุงบริการ: วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของแอป
- การปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย: ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4) การแบ่งปันข้อมูล
เราอาจแบ่งปันข้อมูลกับ:
- นายจ้าง/องค์กร: ข้อมูลการเข้า–ออกงานและรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ผู้ให้บริการ: บริการ Cloud, Analytics, และบริการอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น
- หน่วยงานราชการ: เมื่อมีกฎหมายบังคับ
5) ข้อกำหนดการใช้งาน
ผู้ใช้ต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดดังนี้:
- ใช้แอปตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดเท่านั้น
- ไม่กระทำการใดๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อระบบ
- ไม่แชร์ข้อมูลบัญชีกับผู้อื่น
- รับผิดชอบต่อการใช้งานบัญชีของตนเอง
6) สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
คุณมีสิทธิ์:
- เข้าถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง
- ขอลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
- คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูล
- ขอโอนข้อมูล (Data Portability)

7) ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล
เราใช้มาตรการความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปกป้องข้อมูลของคุณ รวมถึง:

- การควบคุมการเข้าถึง (Access Control)

8) บริการภายนอก
8.1 Google Services
- Google Sign-In: ใช้สำหรับการยืนยันตัวตนและเข้าสู่ระบบ
- Google Maps: ใช้บริการแผนที่และตำแหน่งที่ตั้งเพื่อแสดงและตรวจสอบตำแหน่งการเข้า–ออกงาน
8.2 Firebase (Google)
ใช้สำหรับบริการ Backend, Storage, และ Analytics (ถ้ามีการใช้งาน)
9) การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เราจะ:
- แจ้งให้ทราบผ่านแอปหรืออีเมล
- แสดงวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด"
- ขอความยินยอมใหม่หากจำเป็นตามกฎหมาย
การใช้งานแอปต่อหลังจากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายที่แก้ไขแล้ว

1) About the App and Data Controller
App name: WorkMatch
Developer/Data Controller: VisionSofttech
Main purpose: An application for recording clock‑in/clock‑out time, verifying location at the time of record, and generating reports for HR and workforce management.

This policy applies to all users who access or use the WorkMatch app. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
2) Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
- Account data: First and last name, employee ID, email, phone number (if provided).
- Work data: Clock‑in/clock‑out date and time, GPS location at the time of record.
- Images: Photos used for identity verification during check‑in/check‑out.
- Consent records: Records of your acceptance of the terms and privacy policy.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Device data: Device model, operating system, app version, Device ID (if used).
- Usage data: App usage events, access dates and times.
- Location data: GPS coordinates collected only when you record clock‑in/clock‑out (no continuous tracking).
Note: We collect location data only when you record clock‑in/clock‑out. We do not track your location continuously.
2.3 App permissions
- Location: To verify your work location, collected only when recording time.
- Camera: To capture photos used for identity verification during check‑in/check‑out.
- Storage: To store necessary image files.
- Microphone: Used only if features requiring audio are enabled.
3) How We Use Your Data
3.1 Purposes of processing
- Core services: To verify and record clock‑in/clock‑out events and locations.
- Reporting: To generate reports and share them with your employer/organization for HR management.
- Security: To prevent fraud and verify data accuracy.
- Service improvement: To analyze usage and improve the app.
- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4) Data Sharing
We may share your data with:
